At Absolute Rarities Gold and Silver Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and conducting every transaction with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Because precious metals and rare coins are subject to constantly changing market values, please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Sales Are Generally Final

Due to the fluctuating market prices of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, bullion, and numismatic products, all sales are generally final once a transaction has been completed.

Deposits and Relinquished Deposits

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Absolute Rarities Gold and Silver Inc., any deposit made toward a purchase shall be held and applied toward the applicable transaction for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the deposit is received.

The customer is responsible for completing the transaction, including payment of any remaining balance, within the thirty (30) day period.

If the customer fails to complete the transaction within thirty (30) calendar days, the deposit may be designated by the Company as a Relinquished Deposit. Upon such designation, the deposit shall be retained by Absolute Rarities Gold and Silver Inc. and shall no longer be refundable or automatically available as a credit toward the original transaction or any future purchase, except as otherwise approved by the Company in writing or required by applicable law.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, extend the deposit period, reinstate or apply a Relinquished Deposit as a credit toward another transaction, or make another accommodation for the customer. Any such accommodation shall be discretionary and shall not create an obligation to provide the same or similar accommodation in any other transaction.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Return Requests

Return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• The item received differs materially from the item purchased.
• An incorrect item was provided.
• The item was damaged due to an error on our part.
• Another issue exists that, in our sole discretion, warrants review.

Any request for a return must be submitted

within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the item. All return requests are subject to review and approval by Absolute Rarities Gold and Silver Inc.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, the item must be:

• Returned in its original condition.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returned with all original packaging, certificates, grading documentation, assay cards, and any other included materials, when applicable.
• Free from any alteration, damage, or misuse after delivery.

Items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing original documentation may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

If a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping charges, insurance costs, payment processing fees, and any other non-refundable expenses may be deducted where permitted by law.

Market Fluctuations

Because precious metals are traded in global markets and prices can change rapidly, returns or refunds will not be accepted solely because the market price has increased or decreased after the purchase has been completed.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all purchases promptly upon receipt and notify us immediately if they believe an item is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
